Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Breaklox, your satisfaction is our priority. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for support.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we are unable to process any return or exchange requests.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
  • Products sold as sets must be returned in their entirety.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Important Notes:

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.
  • If your return is approved due to a defect or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Ensure all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and complimentary gifts are included in the return.
  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your return is approved:

  • Exchanges: We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.
  • Refunds: Processed within 1–3 business days and issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Allow extra time for processing.
  2. Check with your bank or card provider for updates.
